Kannur: Former minister Veena George was assaulted by KSU activists in Kannur. The sit has taken statements from the doctors in the college. The investigation team also collected medical records from the hospital.
Doctors have reportedly stated that Veena George was admitted to the intensive care unit as she had a tear in her neck and there was no visible injury.
Meanwhile, the sit will soon report to the DGP recommending action against Munganman Abhilash, who has given a false statement in the case.
